Senior CX Data Analyst
Job Description
Perform analyses of historical data to drive business strategy using advanced analytical methods; visualize and tell compelling stories with data; prepare and deliver visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners to implement; acquire and compile structured and unstructured data and verify its quality and accuracy; mentor, coach, train, and develop junior analysts; proactively expand knowledge of business and analytics and share with team members; develop and document best practices; communicate effectively and show flexibility in style with different audiences; explain higher level statistical methods and analytical results to a diverse audience; collaborate with internal partners to understand business strategy, questions, and goals; bring structure to business requests, translate requirements into an analytical approach, and lead project through completion. Company operates on hybrid model with three days in office located in Plano, TX and work-from-home available two days.
Requirements:
Requires Master's in Applied Mathematics , Statistics, Information Technology and Management, or closely related field and two years of experience in job offered or in IT positions including Analyst and/or Senior Digital Analyst - Marketing; or Bachelor's and five years of experience. Background in education, training or experience must include demonstrated ability to understand business strategy including bringing structure to business requests, translate requirements into an analytical approach, and lead project through completion; demonstrated excellent analytical skills as well as ability to form hypotheses and draw meaningful insights from disparate data sources; demonstrated ability to understand data, process it, extract value from it, visualize it and communicate insights to audiences of various backgrounds, including senior management; background must include experience with advanced statistical and machine-learning methods including regression models, propensity models, segmentation, optimization, experimental test design, time series analysis, cohort analysis, Bayesian methods, decision trees, text analysis.
