We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to support Project Manager, Positioning Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Support Services by providing administrative, business management, programmatic, contracting, information technology (IT), program management, engineering, logistics, test and evaluation (T E), training, operations, security, technology protection, foreign military sales, and acquisition and strategic planning services.

Roles/Responsibilities:
The Senior Cybersecurity Engineer will be responsible for performing the following:
- Providing classified and unclassified IA and cybersecurity support.
- Plan for, create, review, coordinate, and maintain classified and unclassified PM PNT Information Assurance and Cybersecurity acquisition documentation such as the Cybersecurity Strategy and the Clinger-Cohen Act documentation.
- Identify and resolve PM PNT related information assurance, software assurance, and cybersecurity issues and concerns across the PM PNT product line and in support of PNT supported client systems.
- Plan, document, and execute processes such as the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Support, conduct, and document system vulnerability and susceptibility analyses and provide support for the maintenance of Assessment Authorization, Assess Only, and Interim Authority to Test packages.
- Support the planning, preparation, conduct, and after-action documentation of cyber/IA reviews, the decommissioning of systems, and the development of POAMs.
- Review and update PM PNT acquisition documents.
- Participate in technical reviews, and in weekly/bi-weekly integrated product teams and working groups.
- Provide recommendations to resolve Cyber and Information Assurance issues.
- Participate in classified (Secret and Top Secret) meetings, as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, along with meeting the IAM I baseline certification requirements per Department of Defense Manual (DoDM) 8570.01 and 7 years' experience in support of DoD IT environment and systems OR 11 years cybersecurity experience in support of a DoD IT environment and systems.
- Current Top-Secret clearance.
- Familiarity with DoD Instruction 8500.01, DoD Instruction 8510.01, AR 25-1 and AR 25-2, pertinent laws, regulatory requirements and procedures.
