The Role

• Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and generate actionable business insights
• Work with Product, Engineering, Finance, Supply chain and Business teams to support their strategy, vision and execution
• Delivering the data in a useful and appealing way to technical and non-technical audiences using our visualization tool
• Partner with Data Engineering to create well-structured, organized, and easily accessible data.
• Responsibility for documentation, repositories and to uphold the code hygiene of the data science team
• Identify potential methods and new usage of available data to support business analysis and customer lifecycle projects

 You

• 3-5+ years of experience working as a data analyst/data scientist
• Knowledge of AWS services, cloud technologies, open-source technologies, and industry best practices
• 2+ years' experience with customer facing product
• Subscription-based product 
• start-up , built from scratch
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python(Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-learn), R and database solution languages like SQL
• Self starter
• Prior experience in building data visualizations and familiarity with products like Tableau or google data studio or looker
• Good to have - Prior experience working closely with supply chain or finance teams

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in:  Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or another related field
• Recent bootcamps or Master's degree in Data Analytics or Business Analytics or a related field, or equivalent experience are a bonus
