Purpose:

Are you passionate about using analytics to propel decisions? This is an opportunity to join the outstanding Delta Faucet Company team as we use analytics to turbocharge product development and business decisions!

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Program Management, this role will join a team of specialists dedicated to bringing the right product to the market and an analytics community excited to deploy advanced analytics throughout the business.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an analyst to accelerate our use of data and who will:

  • Analyze data, reports and provide insights on Key Performance Indicators, important findings, opportunities, and trends to the senior leadership teams.
  • Partner with the business to understand their requirements & recommend how analytics can inform their decisions.
  • Customize views for commonly queried data sets and other applications for utilization and quick data retrieval.
  • Identify and build high level data models to help make new reports and existing reports more efficient.
  • Generate efficiencies by automating reports using PowerBI tool. Perform intermediate level data mining and data modeling by combining multiple data sources from various systems e.g. SAP, Azure Datalake, Salesforce and other databases.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Build and maintain a solid understanding of data sets available, ensure data cataloging and metadata quality
  • Collaborate with larger Analytics community to learn and share best practices, hands-on analytics projects and other related topics

Education & Experience:

A successful candidate will be a lifelong learner who has:

  • Bachelor's degree required with emphasis in Analytics or relevant work experience, advanced degree preferred
  • Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
  • Knowledge of statistical concepts and analytical techniques
  • Motivation to explore data, new analytical methods, and continuously learn
  • Experience with product development processes preferred

Hiring Range: $70,200.00 - $110,330.00
