It is composed of a team of security professionals, innovators and thought leaders that have had decades of global security experience, led large scale transformations, and served in Fortune 500 executive roles.
Here, innovation isn't simply about protecting and empowering our company. We develop solutions that are practical today and scalable tomorrow; and we create collaborative teams dedicated to innovation across each of our businesses to share our common values and vision.
As a Senior Data Analyst in Trust and Safety, your role will be to analyze and interpret data to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to trust and security aspects of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including security analysts, engineers, and stakeholders, to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making processes.
By leveraging your data analysis skills, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the trust and security of our organization. Your insights and reports will contribute to informed decision-making, proactive security measures, and the overall protection of our systems, data, and customers against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Data analysis and reporting: You will collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data related to trust and security, such as logs, incident reports, user behavior data, and system metrics. By using statistical methods and data visualization techniques, you will generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings and key insights to stakeholders.

Your insights and analysis will contribute to the development of strategies and solutions to strengthen our organization's trust and security infrastructure.
  • Data quality and preprocessing: You will ensure the quality and integrity of the data used for analysis by performing data cleaning, validation, and preprocessing. This will involve working with various data sources, integrating disparate datasets, and handling missing or inconsistent data.
  • Performance monitoring and metrics: You will develop and maintain metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to trust and security. By monitoring these metrics, you will provide ongoing visibility into the effectiveness of security measures and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and communication: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to understand their analytical needs and provide actionable insights. You will communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner, tailoring your communication to different audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and data visualization techniques.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or Python/R libraries for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with security concepts, protocols, and best practices, with experience in working on security-related projects or in a security-focused environment.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data preprocessing techniques to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software to create informative and visually appealing reports and dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
