Job Description:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive decision-making and support business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements, develop innovative analytical solutions, and deliver high-quality reports and visualizations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical techniques
• Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and predictive models
• Identify trends and patterns in data and provide meaningful insights
• Create and maintain data pipelines and data workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data initiatives and projects
• Create visually impactful and interactive reports and dashboards
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analysis role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python/R
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling is a plus
• Remote work experience is preferred
