Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can help power data-driven decisions throughout the business by providing compelling and actionable insights that inform our broader strategy. • Champion a data-driven culture, working with the stakeholder teams throughout the company (Marketing, Sales, Network, Product, Partnerships, Finance & Accounting, People & Culture) to leverage data & analytics to make business decisions

• Work with the US country leadership team to prioritize data and analytics efforts to ensure we are focused in the right areas to drive value for the business
• Design, develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards to empower our stakeholders with the ability to self-serve the majority of their day-to-day data needs
• Analyze customer behavior and uncover key, actionable insights to inform product strategy and trade-off decisions
• Prepare and present quantitative and qualitative analyses to influence stakeholder decision making

• Work with data engineering to design and develop data infrastructure to support the evolution and growth of our business

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a similar analytical discipline or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in an Analytics role
• Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel and the ability to manipulate and extract value from large datasets
• Experience with statistical analysis tools (R/Python) and business intelligence reporting tools (Tableau preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to produce user-friendly and actionable reports and dashboards
• Advanced understanding of key quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the proven ability to collaborate across functional areas to establish priorities and drive towards common goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to distill complex analytical results into compelling and actionable insights and recommendations
