We're on the hunt for a talented and ambitious data-centric analyst to help us continue our rapid growth (currently 30% month on month) trajectory. This role will initially be focused on optimising growth across all of our channels.

Drive Strategic Growth: As the Senior Data Analyst (Growth), your primary mission is to identify opportunities in revenue funnels.

Make Data-Driven Decisions: Utilising Data to identify and optimise all of our funnels.

Build best-in-class experience for new customers: Design full-fledged campaigns and customer journeys. From the first touchpoint to conversion, ensure a smooth, memorable journey for our prospects.

Your insights will fuel the team and help drive the initiatives to action them

SQL is your best friend. You're comfortable with Window functions, JOIN, Sub queries, Views & Materialized Views

You're a strategic mastermind (you don't just pull data you understand it)

You're able to articulate your ideas very well. (short and concise)

You're fast, strategic, and you lead with energy. Decisive actions and a bold vision are in your DNA.

We follow a structured hiring process to ensure fairness and transparency. Our process may vary depending on the role, but this is what you can expect after you apply:

1. Recruiter Screen (30 mins): A call with our Head of Talent to talk through your current/past experience, your motivations and Tell you more about Polar Analytics.

2. Technical Fit (45 mins): Here, you'll meet either the Hiring Manager or a team member of a similar level to discuss your ways of working and understand your skillset and ability for the role.

3. Technical Deep Dive (1 hour): This interview usually consists of a practical element (case study, Presentation, Technical Problem Solving etc) designed to give you a broader understanding of how we drive impact at Polar. This will be with the hiring manager and one other team member.

4. Culture Interview (45 mins): A conversation with one of our Culture Champions. We assess your team fit based on our values (see below).
