About the Opportunity

Our growth product team leads the design of all growth related products in OKX, including referral program, affiliate program, user journey, campaigns, user rewards, SEO, ASO, etc. As a key growth function, we heavily rely on data to help us make decision-making to achieve company growth targets. We are looking for a senior candidate to join our growth data analytics team, to 1) monitor overall growth trends and identify growth opportunities, 2) collaborate with growth PMs on product optimization, 3) improve current data monitoring tools to make it more efficient, 4) study and summarize best growth product practices, e.g. How to set up a good campaign setup etc.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible for the overall analysis of growth product teams, including modules such as user journeys, campaigns, affiliates, referral, etc. 
• With a strong business or product sense, develop a sustainable analysis system and produce analytical reports 
• Propose and design experiments to scientifically measure uplift and continuously optimize user experience. 
• Monitor growth product performances, Identify potential product issues and proactively connect with the right PIC on the solutions.
• Develop and improve existing data analysis tools, including automated data reporting mechanisms, automatic data alarm system and dashboard, to improve efficiency of fetching and analyzing data.
• Study and summarize best growth product usages. 
• Work closely and collaborate with different teams to drive growth targets 

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Mathematics, Statistics, Sociology, or any relevant fields;
• Minimally 5-6 years of experience in Data Analysis/Market Analysis/Industry Analysis/Business Analysis;
• Strong data analytical skills with proficiency in proficiency in Excel, SQL and other tools
• Able to work independently on data analysis and report;
• Experience in blockchain industry and exchange is preferred;
• Experience in growth departments in internet companies is preferred;
• Proficiency in English as a working language, and Mandarin as the role will require you to liaise with mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
