All about the role
As a Data Analyst within the Global Sales Strategy & Operations team, you will leverage data to uncover valuable insights and drive sales performance improvements. Your work will directly impact over 2,000 sellers across 19 markets, providing them with essential reporting tools to optimise their sales operations. You will support business cases for new initiatives, develop interactive dashboards, and improve data accessibility. A key part of your role will be developing a single source of truth data to track sales KPIs. Collaboration is key, as you will also help coach junior analysts and work with various teams to implement data-driven solutions.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Proactively deliver data-driven insights to support strategic business decision-making.
• Design and maintain data pipelines to ensure smooth data flow and accessibility across systems.
• Establish a reliable, centralised data source for tracking key metrics to ensure consistency across markets and teams.
• Address critical challenges such as restaurant churn, sales incentives, and segmentation through detailed analysis.
• Build reports and tools with Tableau and Salesforce that will be used by both local sales team and leadership to drive sales success.
• Work closely with data scientists to develop data infrastructure for advanced functionalities in Salesforce
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members, helping them grow their analytical skills.

What will you bring to the table?

• Leading data analytics projects and initiatives, with advanced SQL proficiency.
• Strong skills in data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
• Familiarity with CRM analytics (e.g., Salesforce Einstein Analytics) and Python/Airflow/Vertex is a plus.
• Experience in building and optimizing data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Ability to conduct deep-dive analysis (lifetime value, root cause, clustering, churn, forecasting).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
