Senior Data Analyst - Solution Engineer

The Professional Services team at Mytraffic focuses on Retail, Foods & Beverage, Real Estate, and Cities. As a Solution Engineer, you will manage end-to-end projects across various markets, from qualifying client needs to developing and delivering custom solutions based on our unique data.

Our SaaS platform provides automated, instantly accessible solutions to meet our clients' most common needs. However, the Professional Services department goes a step further. We collaborate closely with our most demanding clients to develop bespoke solutions, leveraging the full power of MyTraffic data to address complex or new challenges.

Your key responsibilities for this role:

- Needs Qualification: Collaborate with clients and sales team to understand and specify their pain points and requirements.

- Solution Creation: Develop and implement custom solutions tailored to client needs using our unique data sources, algorithms, and internal tools, ensuring they effectively address client pain points.

- Client Engagement: Work alongside the sales team to convince clients of the value of our solutions, demonstrating their benefits and differentiators.

- Project Ownership: Maintain responsibility for the project from conception to delivery, ensuring seamless implementation and configuration of the solutions.

- Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from clients to continuously enhance our solutions, sharing insights with the product team.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to evolve our solution offerings and serve as a bridge between various teams at MyTraffic during project timelines.

Our mission is to add value beyond existing solutions through in-depth analyses, personalized reports, and specific insights.

About Your Team You will join a motivated Professional Services team composed of 5 members.

About You:

- Expertise: You have at least 3 years of experience in a technical or solution engineering role for a SaaS company.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in Python and SQL, with the ability to use these tools to develop custom solutions.

- Agility: You can independently manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.

- Team Player: You naturally work well in a squad and with people from different backgrounds.

- Learner: You are always seeking to improve yourself and learn new things.

- Communicator: You can explain complex concepts simply and interact effectively with others.

- Language: You speak French fluently and you have a good level of English.
