The Analyst will join the Customer Insights team of a high-growth Population Health and Analytics software company. This role reports to the Director of Customer Insights and will involve the creation of high value analytics and reporting for Arcadia customers. The ideal candidate loves data and wants to make a difference. We are seeking individuals who rely on data analysis metrics and visualizations to make decisions and are passionate about improving the way healthcare is delivered to millions of patients across the country. You should be eager to share healthcare
and business intelligence expertise to help Arcadia’s customers unlock more from the data.
- Learn Arcadia’s data model core use cases and start conducting quality analyses for customer datasets
- Learn reporting tools used by the team (Redshift Athena S3 Quick Sight etc)
- Lead the intake process and execution of complex analytics requests
- Creating custom tables and stored procedures in AWS Redshift
- Supporting BI developers by creating robust data models
- Presenting data and findings to stakeholders
- Supporting ad hoc data requests
- Serve as a value-based care SME on internal and external calls
- Deliver analytics and insights that demonstrate customer value
- Collaborating with talented colleagues – Product Managers Analysts and Data Scientists – across Arcadia’s Customer Insights Analytics Data Science and Product teams
- Lead data validation efforts and advise customers on how ingestion and configuration decisions affect their analytics
- Development and Delivery of Dashboards utilizing Amazon’s BI Development Tool Quick Sight
- Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on Arcadia’s analytics platform and methodologies
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to refine analytics processes and enhance data usability
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert on Arcadia’s data pipelines championing best practices and guiding health systems and payers to maximize their use of Arcadia’s platform
- Proficiently manage multiple customer projects with on time deliverables of across a diverse range of subject areas
- Identify opportunities to enhance Arcadia’s product and drive improvements that elevate the experience for both internal and external stakeholders
What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborate with healthcare clients to understand their data challenges and translate complex insights into clear actionable solutions
- Develop subject matter expertise across Arcadia’s products and data model to influence new analytics capabilities and product improvements
- Contribute to Arcadia’s growing body of intellectual property and best practices for data-driven healthcare transformation
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience working with healthcare data with deep expertise in claims and or clinical data
- 2+ years of experience in value based care
- Advanced SQL skills and robust data modeling capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with medical economics risk algorithms and quality data
- Ability to comfortably engage with clients on their value-based goals and objectives translating them into actionable deliverables
- Eagerness to learn a detail-oriented mindset and a creative approach to problem solving
Would Love For You To Have
- Experience with modern data tools (e.g. dbt Redshift Snowflake Looker)
- Experience with business intelligence dashboarding tools such as Quick Sight Tableau or Power BI
- Experience integrating AI-powered coding tools into development and QA work
- Familiarity with FHIR or healthcare interoperability standards
- Experience supporting analytics or data governance in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Experience working at a data vendor ACO/CIN Organization or health insurance company
- Experience with the AWS ecosystem
- Experience using collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with GitHub DBT and Jenkins
- Ability to write and troubleshoot python code
