You have a proven record of success as a team leader, gathering business requirements, translating to specifications, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing business solutions under multiple deadlines.
You are an organized self-starter with a keen business sense who loves digging into data to understand trends and performance.
Strong analytical and communication skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines are critical for this position.
Experience in a hands-on analytical role with a focus on analyzing business problems
Strong communication skills, including experience in supporting and communicating data-driven analyses to various departments and stakeholders
Highly Proficient with creating, maintaining, and optimizing Power BI, Snowflake, SQL for data analysis and reporting, will consider other Cloud-based DB and Visualization tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize workload and roadmaps
Extensive skills and a proven record as a team leader, managing project teams for complete end-to-end engagements involving preparation, conception, realization, and the execution of Data Analytics implementation projects across multiple business functions such as CRM, Finance, Sales, etc.,
Experience in HANA and SAP CRM is a plus

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree or work experience of 4 years , Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 5 years
