Senior Data and Business Operations Analyst

About the Role
In this opportunity as a Sr. Data and Business Operations Analyst, you will:
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including Salesforce, Business Objects, LMS, surveys, and other internal databases, to measure impact and effectiveness of training programs and initiatives
- Clean and manipulate data to ensure it is accurate and in the appropriate format for analysis
- Provide data-driven insights to support training strategy and decision-making
- Visualize data by building dashboards and reports to help stakeholders understand insights and findings
- Produce regular reporting packages, as well as develop ad-hoc reports as requested
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders, both in written reports and in presentations
- Conduct deep dives to identify trends, risks and areas for improvement
- Utilize data insights to recommend process improvements to best enable Customer Education team members and help drive customer product adoption and loyalty
About You
You're a fit for the Sr. Data and Business Operations Analyst if your background includes:
- BS or BA, preferably in Data Analysis, Finance, Mathematics or Business, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience in reporting and analytics, with exceptional project management skills
- Ability to work with data sets from multiple systems, databases and software and reconcile together
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power BI
- Technical aptitude including knowledge of Salesforce, Gainsight, Tableau, and Business Objects
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to team with partners from various business units
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com and reporting capabilities
- Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
