Senior Data and Business Operations Analyst

The Customer Training Senior Data and Business Operations Analyst works closely with the Education and Training Leadership team to design, enhance and own the timely delivery of data and operational analytics that enable training activities and effectiveness. The Sr. Analyst provides regular reporting to capture customer training activity and provides insightful analytics to help make business decisions. This role executes on projects, programs and day-to-day duties that are based on the framework of reporting and analysis, helping to support strategic thinking of the key stakeholders in the Training organization.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Sr. Data and Business Operations Analyst, you will:

• Collect and analyze data from various sources, including Salesforce, Business Objects, LMS, surveys, and other internal databases, to measure impact and effectiveness of training programs and initiatives
• Clean and manipulate data to ensure it is accurate and in the appropriate format for analysis
• Provide data-driven insights to support training strategy and decision-making
• Visualize data by building dashboards and reports to help stakeholders understand insights and findings
• Produce regular reporting packages, as well as develop ad-hoc reports as requested
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders, both in written reports and in presentations
• Conduct deep dives to identify trends, risks and areas for improvement
• Utilize data insights to recommend process improvements to best enable Customer Education team members and help drive customer product adoption and loyalty

About You

You're a fit for the Sr. Data and Business Operations Analyst if your background includes:

• BS or BA, preferably in Data Analysis, Finance, Mathematics or Business, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years' experience in reporting and analytics, with exceptional project management skills
• Ability to work with data sets from multiple systems, databases and software and reconcile together
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power BI
• Technical aptitude including knowledge of Salesforce, Gainsight, Tableau, and Business Objects
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to team with partners from various business units
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com and reporting capabilities
• Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
