Your Role and Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and consulting around next-generation data platforms and cloud technologies
• Responsible for overall data architecture design and implementation of Banking Data Platform including Data Lake Data Lakehouse in the multi-cloud environments
• Enhance data platform capabilities to tackle new data challenges using authorized Cloud platforms.
• Implement highly available scalable architecture for ETL data provisioning and support data analytics
• Developing the cloud data platform roadmap to support business initiatives develop an implementation portfolio and estimate time and resources to support the roadmap
• Provides input to project sprint planning and process recommendations
• Research and analyze new data solutions & technologies in order to improve the level of service to business and leads team to manage implementation of PoCs
• Provide the best practice and assist the team in optimizing Cloud platform architectures
• Works collaboratively with other teams to implement and deliver integrated data and solutions through the entire software delivery life cycle
• Providing thought leadership on data AI and sustainability or other technologies that leverage the data in the organization to enable the business operation and decision-making – specifically data management and data analytics
• Managing internal communication and processes coordinating with multiple business stakeholders across banking processes and application
• Consulting on and designing data organization structures and taxonomies from multiple data sources for optimal use and enabling data quality and governance.
• Facilitate the integration of data scientists’ skills with Cloud environments to deliver analytics and AI solutions more efficiently.
• Support the team in optimizing and operating Cloud platform architectures.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• To be considered for this position candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience with 8-10 years of IT experience.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• They should also be familiar with banking processes and products possess strong interpersonal skills
• Able to collaborate effectively with excellent written and oral communication.
• Knowledge of integrated data platform architecture governance privacy and security is also required.
