Your Role and Responsibilities

• Attention to detail and complex processes
• Business engagement and stakeholder management
• Partner with business team to identify needs and analytics opportunities
• Supervise and guide vendor partners to develop and maintain a data warehouse platform and BI reporting.
• Performing data analyses between database and from business hands
• Interpret data analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. Find out the mapping and gaps
• Research and verify the logic and relationship between dataset and KPIs
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports printouts and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 8 year’s experience in information technology Business Analysis Data Coverage analysis and Identify data gaps understanding of product and channel hierarchies data transformation and aggregations.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge on Retail Industry (Sales-Online/Offline Supply chain Products Inventory)
• Good understanding of ETL BI tools.
• An ability to align influence stakeholders and build working relationships
• A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Good knowledge of ITSM.
• Strong analytical problem solving and project management skills
