Your Role and Responsibilities

• Attention to detail and complex processes
• Business engagement and stakeholder management
• Partner with business team to identify needs and analytics opportunities
• Supervise and guide vendor partners to develop and maintain a data warehouse platform and BI reporting.
• Performing data analyses between database and from business hands
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. Find out the mapping and gaps
• Research and verify the logic and relationship between dataset and KPIs
• Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

• 8 year's experience in information technology, Business Analysis, Data Coverage analysis and Identify data gaps, understanding of product and channel hierarchies data, transformation and aggregations.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge on Retail Industry (Sales-Online/Offline, Supply chain, Products, Inventory)
• Good understanding of ETL, BI tools.
• An ability to align, influence stakeholders and build working relationships
• A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration

• Good knowledge of ITSM.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
