The Role
- Responsible for collecting, ingesting, auditing, processing, and "QA'ing" the automation of all data pipelines
- Extract and QA data from multiple partners and systems for analysis and reporting (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, Optimizely, etc.)
- Own ETL and data automation; reinforce data contracts and templates
- Own the Snowflake/AWS data storage component for the entire business
- Manage Tableau data feeds and dashboard refreshes
- Responsibility for documentation and repositories
- Reinforce templated data collection, best practice, and QA protocols
You
- 3-5+ years' experience working in the engineering discipline within the data infrastructure domain: typical cloud environments and toolsets
- Knowledge of AWS services, cloud technologies, open-source technologies, and industry best practices
- 2+ years' experience with customer facing product
- Experience working with a Subscription-based productÂ
- Exposure to a Start-up environment, "building from scratch"
- Independent
- Awareness of consumer privacy regulations and their impact on technology design
- Implementation of data pipelines - streaming and batch integrations
- SQL, Python (Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-learn), R
- 2+ years' experience in stakeholder management
- Experience with some of the following: Fivetran, Stitch, Segment, Recurly, Stripe
Education Requirements
- Bachelorâs Degree or above in: Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or another related field
- Recent bootcamps or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience are a bonus
