Core10 is looking for a Senior AWS Data Engineer to join our growing team.

What you'll do:
  • Design the architecture for a data lake, data warehouse, and data mart on AWS Cloud.
  • Architect solutions for the design and implementation of Big & Fast Data Infrastructure on AWS cloud using Kafka, S3, Kinesis, Glue, Athena, Redshift, DynamoDB & Quick Sight
  • Define information models supporting data assets for complex data structures represented through various data management systems such as a graph, relational and hierarchical databases.
  • Guide other teams to design, develop, and deploy data sets and tools that support product use cases.


Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience with Data Lake/Warehousing skills
  • Extensive experience with Node, Python, Java/Kotlin, or Scala
  • Kafka, S3, Kinesis, Glue, Athena, Redshift, DynamoDB & Quick Sight
  • Databricks or Snowflake
  • Reporting tools such as PowerBI or QuickSight
  • Hadoop, spark
  • Database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
  • API development
  • Understanding the basics of distributed systems
  • ETL tools

Bonus points:
  • Experience with Machine Learning & AI on AWS
  • Banking or Fintech experience
