Job Description:

Reporting to the Data Analytics Manager you will work as part of a fast-paced agile data analytics team.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the continued stability and improvements of our range of data analytics products/services, such as AVM’s, Energy Performance of properties, address verification and lookup, etc. You will oversee the refinement and optimisation of how data from various sources is ingested, processed, and cleansed for such data analytic products & become the go to person for the latest information. As well as looking after current stuff you'll be building brand new data ingestion pipelines for our Smart Data Platform using Python, Google Data Flow, Airflow, Big Query……. analysing and cleansing data, optimising ETLs.

You will have the opportunity to input into & lead on the future of the Core Logic’s data processing capabilities and assist with an ongoing delivery of the cutting-edge solutions to the property market in UK.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Management of data exchanges of suppliers and customers
• Responsible for compliance of data with standards, specifications, and operating procedures
• Contribute to undertaking transformation of data for other functional uses and facilitating appropriate data assurance and approval by others.
• Automation, anomaly detection, alerting and maintenance of Data Analytics data and ML pipelines.
• Development of key business, customer, and product reporting services
• Work alongside the Data Analytics Manager to build and develop strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies and practices.
• Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the data lifecycle.
• Promote and educate the wider CoreLogic community about what added value the Data Analytics team brings.
• Develop a deep understanding of CoreLogic's Data Analytics products road map

Job Qualifications:

• Expertise in SQL and Python
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with cloud providers required – Google/Azure.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with cloud databases – Big Query, Snowflake, Azure SQL.
• 4+ years working in a data environment and responsibility for multiple data sources/pipelines – Airflow/ADF/Google DataFlow.

• Experience with managing large real-world data sets.
• You will need to be a self-starter, motivated and driven to succeed with excellent communication skills.
• You will be seeking a fast-paced environment where you will be part of a dynamic team.
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
