At Iterative Scopes our Data Engineers ingest data from our clinical providers and manage our data warehouse and create data pipelines for downstream consumers partnering with Machine Learning, Clinical Operations and other cross functional teams.
What you'll be doing:

• Meet with customers/partners during on-boarding to determine requirements
• Analyze and develop best methods for onboarding data from a variety of data types, formats, sources, and environments
• Support integration to AWS pipeline
• Perform source to target data mapping
• Write code to automate data extraction from customer's/partner's environment or perform backend processing data pushed from the same
• Unit and system testing of developed code

What we're looking for in you:
Required:

• A minimum of 6 years related experience
• Proficient in ETL and Data acquisition
• SQL development in an RDBMS such as MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
• SQL JDBC/ODBC connectors
• Proficient in Python, BASH
• Experience working with CSV and JSON data formats
• Able to travel to the office quarterly at minimum

Preferred:

• Experience in AWS Cloud
• Experience with Apache Airflow
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Docker/container experience
• Experience with Web Services/ReST
• Experience in data normalization using standard models like OMOP
• Experience with video and genomic data
• Experience with EHR data reporting or mining
• Healthcare data interoperability experience using HL7 tools and protocols like FHIR and V2
• Healthcare data background handling PHI and de-identified data
