We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our growing Technology team. This position will report directly to our Head of Data, and will be responsible for developing, automating, and maintaining a robust and secure, high performance data platform infrastructure that drives CAIS business growth. As a Senior Data Engineer, this role will mentor a growing team of data engineers and collaborate with cross-functional team members to design systems that optimize the data models that feed business intelligence tools, increase data accessibility, and foster data-driven decision making across the firm. The ideal candidate is a player-coach at heart, with a proven ability to solve open-ended problems in an elegant, scalable manner. They possess the creativity, flexibility, and the drive to consistently deliver on mission critical projects. This is a great opportunity to have a hand in shaping our data infrastructure, demonstrate data engineering prowess with greenfield work, mentor data engineers, and enjoy growing with our firm along the way.

Essential Experience

• 7+ years of data engineering experience
• Experience bridging the gap between data engineering, analytics, and data science
• Proven track record of building consensus with cross-functional tech leads
