TITLE: Senior Data Engineer

DUTIES: DFS Corporate Services LLC seeks Senior Data Engineer in Chicago, IL to apply a hands-on approach with next generation technologies to contribute to the team by designing and developing the latest data driven platforms and next generation analytic technologies.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: utilizing technologies, including Python, Java, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and OCP; working with MPP databases, including Snowflake, Redshift and Teradata; utilizing CI/CD to build automated code deployment pipelines; building python applications and deploying on Kubernetes/Docker containers; contributing to architecture and design of large scale enterprise applications; and operationalizing open-source data-analytic tools for enterprise use, including Linux, GitHub, Kubernetes, and Docker.
