Responsibilities:

The Senior Analyst will have a strong data analyst and/or migration background combined with technical experience.  This dynamic role works with our client, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and supports their business organization overseeing organizational performances and processes.  The ideal candidate will utilize deep data migration/analyst skills to pull organizational performance, financial and such valuable business data, to create to dashboards to analyze, with Tableau.  Alternatively, candidates could have deep Data/Business Analyst backgrounds with strong acumen utilizing technology to leverage MS SharePoint, PowerApps and KSN from a technical perspective to disseminate data in the organization’s efforts to improve business functions across FAA.  This will be a 100% remote opportunity.

Requirements:

• US Work Authorization required
• A bachelor’s degree (BS) in information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT management, or other IT degrees. (Engineering, math, and science degrees are acceptable substitute degrees).

  15 years of experience relevant to the following requirements:

• Support the development, enhancement, maintenance, and oversight of the Knowledge Services Network (KSN) using Microsoft (MS) SharePoint, Teams, and PowerApps.
• Maintain user accounts to include adding and/or deleting user accounts and resetting passwords.
• Create, design, and update KSN sub-sites and features based on customer needs and requests.
• Address issues relating to KSN access to applications.
• Support the development of workflows, dashboards, surveys, and other KM-related tasking using MS tools and Tableau.
• Research, identify, and document Knowledge Management (KM) processes.
• Prepare and conduct KM interviews, meetings, and briefings.
• Prepare reports on KM, manage, and analyze data gathered through KM.
• Perform business analysis and provide business management support as follows:
  • Supply inputs to the development, maintenance, and publishing of business plans in accordance with Agency policies.
  • Perform business data analytics, develop, and maintain dashboards using Tableau and other analysis tools.
  • Provide reports and white papers based on analyses to support decision-making and management briefings.
  • Support business process reengineering (BPR) to include developing requirements, as well as technical and reporting solutions for related programs and data.
  • Support new concept development and requirements definition.
  • Perform research and data analyses to support development of business cases and strategy formulation and implementation.
