Senior Data Operations Analyst (1554)

Job Overview :

As a Sr. Data Analyst, you will primarily be responsible for data retrieval, intake, analysis and  automation. As a member of the Engineering Data Automation team, you will use technologies such as T-SQL, SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, Visual Studio, Visual Basic, C#, and Azure Data Factory, to load retrieve, load and make data available to our internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• The Data Analyst will be responsible for data retrieval, intake, analysis and automation, as well as monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting data intake and analysis processes.
• As a member of the Engineering Data Automation team, you will apply your experience toward continually improving data process performance.
• Troubleshoot data processing related issues.
• Build new tools and automation to replace manual tasks as well as improving performance of current automation tasks.
• You will also develop tools and scripts to automate troubleshooting and diagnostics activities.

• Must be available to occasionally work after hours and on weekends, to support our production environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL Server (T-SQL, SSMS)
  • Writing and managing complex queries, stored procedures, views, etc. is a must.
  • Experience with server and database management/support a plus in this role.
• 5+ years of experience with Visual Studio (Visual Basic, C#, SSIS, SSRS)
  • Experience Developing SSIS ETLs is a must.
  • Experience developing SSRS report a plus in this role.
  • Experience developing windows and web applications would be a plus in this role.
• Certification: AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Administrator is a plus in this role.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure a plus in this role.
• Experience with PowerShell a plus in this role.
• Healthcare industry experience a plus in this role.
• Strong technical and non-technical communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to details
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired, and ambiguity is the norm.

The national average salary for this role is $90k-110k in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
