Responsibilities

• Oversee B2B US and INTL report types, operating in top 5% of team’s core metrics
• Lead process improvements, including the development and implementation of new SOPs.
• Provide mentorship and training for team members, supporting new hires during onboarding.
• Dedicate 25% of work hours to project work and improvement initiatives as discussed with Manager of Privacy Operations .
• Identify and resolve site/tooling issues while proactively anticipating operational challenges.

Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency in operational tools (Asana, Jira, Confluence) and data interpretation.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor team members and drive process changes.
• Excellent communication skills, effectively presenting complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to implement scalable solutions.




• On-call duty will be required one weekend per month




• This role may require domestic and international travel. All standard travel expenses will be covered in accordance with the company's travel reimbursement policy.
