As a Senior Data Product Manager at Health Gorilla, you will report to the Senior Director, Product Management. You will be responsible for product managing our data offerings including our data insights and reporting products and core data infrastructure such as our Master Patient Index. You will analyze customer requirements and market changes from a broad range of sources (customers, competitors, technology trends, market research, strategy, all partners) and formalizes business plans for target products.

What you will do at Health Gorilla
  • Product manage the analytic warehouse, the pipelines that feed it, and the insights that are derived from it.
  • Manage our master data management strategy.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
  • Support Health Gorilla's ongoing data quality efforts.
  • Work with business partners, design, engineering, operations, finance, and other teams to define reporting and algorithmic needs and create the data roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the data governance team, data engineers, QA, and team members to set the definitions, business rules, purge criteria, and other operational considerations.
What you bring to the role
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in data analysis, data modeling, and working with automated data warehouse systems.
  • Minimum 2 years' Product Management experience working with Data Teams (Data Engineering, Data Science, QA ) and managing the implementation of end-to-end data project.
  • Understanding of master data management, data quality, data governance and Agile project management skills.
  • Systems Experience with Reporting tools (Sisense/Qlik/Tableau BI/Analytics), Cloud Data Warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, Athena, Databricks) or similar systems.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Data Lifecycle frameworks used to manage issues unique to data and technology projects.
  • Experience in Health Care Domain preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

  • Health Gorilla takes a market-based approach to pay, and the base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $215,000, based on experience and geography. Please note that ranges may be modified at any time, and there is no guarantee offers will be at the top of a posted range.
