The Role

• Collaborate with Business Partners, Stakeholders, product owners and data teams to understand the business requirements and translate them into GenAI (enterprise) solutions.
• Optimize and fine-tune large language models for better performance, latency, memory, and throughput.
• Work with software developers and data scientists to integrate AI systems into existing platforms or applications. 
• Identify relevant data sources for specific Use Cases and design methods for data collection, integration, cleansing, and transformation. Partner with data scientists and architects to ensure the quality and relevance of data for GenAI model training.
• Play a lead role in the technical and architectural decision-making process with external Gen AI service providers (for example: Azure Open AI, GCP Gemini family of models, or AWS Bedrock, and other open source LLMs) to ensure that the solutions are scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective.

Who You Are

• 10 - 15 years of experience in the data science and AI industry
• PHD qualifications preferred
• Must have experience in LLMs, experience in Ci/CD pipelines design and management, Understands LLMops, Hands on with ML and DL frameworks and libraries.
• Demonstrate knowledge in optimizing and fine-tuning large language models for better performance, latency, memory, and throughput.
