SENIOR DATA SCIENTIST, GLOBAL DATA SCIENCE

This is a high-impact analytics role focused on delivering advanced machine learning and data science solutions that directly influence revenue growth, pricing strategy, and marketing effectiveness at a global scale. You will work on complex business problems where data-driven insights translate into measurable financial outcomes across multiple markets. The role combines hands-on model development with strategic thinking and strong business engagement. You will design scalable predictive and optimization solutions spanning revenue growth management, promotion analytics, and marketing mix modeling. Working in a cross-functional, global environment, you will partner closely with business stakeholders to shape decisions that drive enterprise value. • Develop and deploy predictive models, simulations, and optimization frameworks to solve complex business problems and support revenue-impacting decisions.
• Apply machine learning and statistical techniques to build scalable inferential and predictive solutions across pricing, promotions, and marketing analytics domains.
• Own end-to-end analytics delivery including data extraction, preprocessing, feature engineering, modeling, validation, and stakeholder-ready presentations.
• Conduct model evaluation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement to ensure accuracy, scalability, and business relevance of deployed solutions.
• Work with large-scale datasets using SQL and distributed data systems to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Design and deliver data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively to business stakeholders across regions.
• Collaborate closely with global business teams to define problem statements, scope analytical solutions, and ensure business alignment of outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field; additional certifications in analytics or data science preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in building statistical and machine learning models with demonstrated business impact.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL for data manipulation, modeling, and analytics.
• Solid understanding of machine learning and statistical techniques including regression, classification, clustering, and ensemble methods.
• Experience working with model deployment tools and frameworks such as Airflow, Docker, and cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and frameworks such as Looker, Plotly, Flask, Streamlit, or similar technologies.
• Experience working in client-facing or business-partner-facing roles within cross-functional and global environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to translate complex data insights into business recommendations.
• Exposure to pricing, promotion analytics, or marketing mix modeling is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, big data tools, and version control systems such as GitHub is a plus.
