Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to strengthen the Data Science department at EPAM Georgia.

Our data specialists work in all MLDS areas: Tabular, CV, NLP, RecSys, Time Series, and MLOps. We are helping world-famous companies to build machine learning pipelines, check business hypotheses and utilize SoTA models.

Responsibilities

• Transform business problems into data science solutions
• Build small PoC or large-scale production ML systems
• Manage data scientists and be a guiding star for them
• Help to develop our data science community

Requirements

• 3+ years of production experience in Data Science and 1+ year as a DS team lead
• Expertise in at least one field: CV, NLP, RecSys, Time Series, MLOps
• Competency in Python (NumPy / SciPy / scikit-learn / pandas / Matplotlib)
• Familiarity with Deep Learning (PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras)
• Skills in Data Science solutions productionalization
• English level: B2 or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloud services (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex, Azure ML Studio)
