As we continue to expand our global footprint, we are seeking a talented Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

Reporting directly to the Lead Data Scientist and indirectly to the CTO, the Senior Data Scientist will play a pivotal role in the research and development of NetGuardians' analytics stack. This role requires a strong foundation in data analytics, machine learning, and advanced algorithms, as well as the ability to work autonomously and efficiently in processing and analyzing data from various sources.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain NetGuardians' data analytics model tools in Python.

Design advanced algorithms and machine learning models to implement use cases solving business problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product marketing strategies and content.

Conduct technology watch and research to stay ahead of market trends and customer requirements.

Prototype, implement, and maintain innovative solutions to enhance NetGuardians' analytics platform.

Provide guidance and support to junior data scientists and interns.

Requirements:

PhD or MSc in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in applied analytics, in a corporate environment or relevant academic context.

Proficiency in Python and strong knowledge of machine learning, mathematics, and predictive models.

Experience in developing production-ready code and working with CI/CD principles.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously.

Strong motivation/curiosity to learn new things and discover new technologies, with the ability to critically assess their quality and applicability.

Fluent in English; proficiency in French or other languages is a plus.
