Job Description
Accrete’s proprietary knowledge engines transform commodity LLMs into licensable AI agent’s that deliver predictive insights beyond human capacity. We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join a fast-moving and nimble team dedicated to research, prototyping and development of innovative AI solutions with a focus on multi-agent frameworks and long-term memory. This team will have a substantial impact on the company, developing a core and differentiated part of our offering by enabling agents with long-term memory to perform individualized tasks and improve over time. The candidate will be responsible for developing, training, and validating cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms for use in our autonomous agent software.

Responsibilities:
- Research, develop, train, and validate machine learning models and algorithms with a focus in NLP and LLM applications.
- Work closely with the research team to help identify new applications and use-cases of existing technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest academic and industry research to identify and implement state of the art technologies.
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced machine learning techniques to enhance the capabilities of our AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into our autonomous agent software, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
- Conduct thorough analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
- Design and conduct experiments to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of machine learning models, iterating and refining approaches based on results.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.
- Engage in continuous research to explore emerging trends and methodologies in machine learning, actively incorporating new techniques into our projects.
Qualifications:
- MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or related field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- 3-5 years experience working on machine learning projects, with a proven track record of developing and deploying ML models.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles.
- Expertise in natural language processing with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding of project goals and outcomes.
- A strong sense of curiosity, drive, and a willingness to learn.
Base Salary Range: $150,000-$180,000
