• Responsibilities. Responsible for research and development of novel AI/ML models and solutions to improve business outcomes and associates experience. Building robust machine learning models using supervised and unsupervised algorithms, such as deep learning, XGBoost, random forest, SVM, Naïve Bayes, and clustering. Applying cutting-edge NLP techniques to analyze unstructured data to extract topics and retrieve information. Manipulate, process, and integrate data from data warehouse and data lake using Python, R, or SQL. Conduct statistical analysis on large datasets using significance testing, factor analysis, PCA, and regression. Communicate insights from analyses to management to enable data driven decision making based on machine learning and statistical analysis results. Research existing and emerging data science principles, theories, and techniques to keep up to date with new development in AI/ML. Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and participate in research and project planning.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Education and Experience. Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, related Engineering disciplines or related field of study plus two (2) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a PhD degree plus zero (0) years of related experience.
• Work Experience. Experience or coursework must include: Machine learning algorithms and techniques; NLP; Deep learning; Building robust machine learning models using supervised and unsupervised algorithms, such as XGBoost, random forest, SVM, Naïve Bayes, and clustering; Applying cutting-edge NLP techniques to analyze unstructured data; Researching existing and emerging data science principles, theories, and techniques; Statistical modeling and methods; Conducting statistical analysis on large datasets using significance testing, factor analysis, PCA, and regression; Analyzing structured and unstructured data using R or Python; Integrating data from data warehouse and data lake using Python, R, or SQL; Analyzing large datasets, detect and correct errors, interpret and report analysis results; Topic modeling; Transformers and embeddings; Panel data modeling.

The US base salary range targeted for this job is listed in the compensation section below. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. Salary Range: $107,131 to $168,300 / year
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $60,500.00 - $162,000.00 / Year
