Senior Data Scientist (Generative AI)

We are looking for a driven and innovative Senior Data Scientist to join our team in the Singapore location.
As part of our Generative AI initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing advanced analytical solutions focused on building various Generative AI solutions. Your work will be instrumental in helping us optimize Operations in Contact Center, Underwriting, and Claims and enhance our Sales, Products, and Services to meet customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data engineers and IT Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand source data and utilize large datasets to prepare and optimize data for building Generative AI solutions using Open AI services to enhance our products and services and scaling them globally
• Develop and implement advanced machine learning models to address complex business challenges, leveraging various algorithms and techniques, with a specific emphasis on utilizing Open AI services for building Generative AI solutions
• Work closely with partners to gather requirements, design data models, and implement tailored solutions
• Standardize processes, techniques, and tools into best practices for other data scientists
• Drive the adoption of data and AI-driven solutions by influencing and partnering with key stakeholders
• Innovate and explore creative methods to source and utilize structured and unstructured data for building data and AI-driven solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI/ML, with a specific focus on leveraging OpenAI services to continuously enhance our products and services and scaling efforts

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics)
• 5+ years' experience in data science, with a recent focus on building Generative AI applications
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, Python, R, SQL, and prompt engineering tools (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Llamaindex)
• Hands-on experience with big data frameworks (Azure, Databricks, Spark) and OpenAI services
• Strong communication skills to translate complex data science concepts
• Track record of implementing AI solutions into production with measurable business impact
