We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to enhance our Kaggle team by leading the publication and management of machine learning and large language models (LLM).

The perfect candidate will possess a robust background in data science and machine learning, along with experience in large language models.

Responsibilities

• Publish machine learning and LLM models on Kaggle using APIs or manual methods
• Create educational material like step-by-step guides and interactive notebooks
• Work collaboratively on metrics and improve the model publishing workflow
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in machine learning models
• Assess and choose models for publication based on their performance and impact
• Interact with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance the publishing workflow
• Track and optimize the performance of published models to align with user requirements
• Guide junior data scientists and spearhead project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, and Transformers
• Background in natural language processing, computer vision, and large language models
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong passion for data science with a deep interest in ongoing learning and development
• Track record of successful deployment of machine learning models
• Understanding of API development and model deployment
• Background in managing large datasets and computational resources
• Ability to document and articulate complex models to non-expert stakeholders
• Experience in planning and managing project timelines and deliverables

• Previous involvement with Kaggle for competitions, dataset exploration, or model engagement
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
