Senior Data Scientist

In this role, you will work at the intersection of data, business, and technology, driving high-impact analytical and machine learning solutions that directly influence strategic decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business challenges into scalable data products. The environment is highly data-driven, requiring strong ownership from problem framing through production deployment. You will build and evolve predictive models and AI-powered applications across domains such as pricing, credit, fraud detection, logistics, and operations. This is a senior-level position where you will also act as a technical reference, guiding best practices and supporting architectural decisions. The role offers strong exposure to stakeholders and meaningful influence on business outcomes in a fast-paced, innovation-oriented setting.

• Partner with business teams to identify opportunities, analyze pain points, and design data-driven solutions with measurable impact.
• Develop, implement, and maintain predictive models, statistical indicators, and machine learning systems across multiple business domains (e.g., pricing, credit, fraud, logistics, collections).
• Take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery, from problem definition and data exploration to deployment and monitoring in production.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and business value of deployed models through continuous monitoring and iteration.
• Act as a technical reference for the team, contributing to architectural decisions and ensuring high-quality analytical outputs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to align solutions with strategic priorities and ensure adoption.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Data Science with solid knowledge of applied statistics.
• Advanced proficiency in Machine Learning and end-to-end model development (from design to production deployment).
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Proven ability to translate complex business problems into practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Autonomous, proactive, and capable of acting as a senior technical reference within a team environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience in domains such as pricing, credit, collections, fraud detection, or logistics.
• Exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) for automation or product development.
• Proven experience in technical leadership or influencing data-driven strategic decisions.
• Background in highly data-driven organizations with strong business collaboration.
