Senior Data Steward Specialist

N-iX is actively looking for skilled Senior Data Steward Specialist who will join our Data Governance Team. Our customer is the leading school transportation provider in North America, being the owner of more than a half of all yellow school buses in the United States. Every day, the company completes 5 million student journeys, moving more passengers than all U.S. airlines combined and delivers reliable, quality services for 1,100 school districts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development of data governance software solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design and implement data governance processes and procedures.
• Develop and maintain data governance documentation.
• Work with data stewards and other stakeholders to ensure data governance compliance.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data governance best practices and technologies.
• Work on MDM.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience with data governance software platforms, such as Atlan.
• Experience with data warehousing and data modelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
• At least an Intermediate strong level of English. 
• Ukrainian language Advanced or higher.
