Our team is rapidly growing and looking for an experienced Senior Data Transformation Engineer to support our customer and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers. We enjoy the challenges of human-centered design, security, and scale to create better outcomes for our federal agency partners. We work completely in the open source.

About the role:

As a Senior Data Transformation Engineer on the Raft Data Synchronization team, you will be responsible for contributing to a team of talented and accomplished engineers working on one of today’s most challenging data problems: fast data synchronization across globally distributed, limited networks. Your expertise and mentorship will inspire and empower the team to collectively deliver on a critical solution for the United State Department of Defense. 

• Contributing your expertise to the development of cutting-edge data management, transformation, and synchronization solutions 
• Utilizing your proficiency in Go and/or Java to craft innovative and efficient solutions  
• Empowering the team with your knowledge and insights, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment  
• Identifying and overcoming complex data synchronization challenges through a forward-thinking and strategic approach

What we are looking for:

• Possess at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing software solutions for data management, transformation, or non-trivial synchronization 
• Demonstrate a minimum if 3+ years combined experience developing software with Go and/or Java 

Clearance Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance
