We are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Debit Balance Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Running & review of the debit balance report on a monthly basis
• Preparation of the report data & delivery of its comparison to the previous month
• Review of balances on accounts with vendors and peers
• Bookings of returns in cooperation with the AR department
• Check review in cooperation with the legal department
• Delivery of the DPO data, Paid on time, Booked and other analysis to AP Management
• Delivery of coding for check depositing

Required qualifications:

• Knowledge of SAP and other systems used within the business groups (BrainWare, OnBase) would be a great asset
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package (especially MS Excel)
• Advanced English
