What you will do
Collaborate with different customers on Upwork;  Selection and implementation of the necessary tools, technologies, and techniques;  Support sales team in new projects presale, estimate project affords and prepare necessary RFI/RFP documentation; Management of web and mobile development team.  Qualifications and experience needed
At least 3-5 years of experience in project management or delivery management, particularly in an IT outsourcing context; Proven track record of successfully managing software development or IT projects from conception to delivery; Good understanding of software development life cycles, web technologies, and IT infrastructure. Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand technical specifications; Experience in preparing detailed project documentation, including project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates; Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders; Ability to present and explain project details to non-technical stakeholders; Strong background in Agile methodologies and experience with other project management frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean; Fluent English; Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master) would be highly advantageous. What we offer
