Join our dynamic team as a Senior Delivery Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of complex fintech products. As part of our Portfolio Management team, you'll collaborate with passionate product teams, bridging the gap between technology and product expertise to drive successful outcomes.

{ your_responsibilities: [

• Utilize agile methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor timelines and deliverables. 
• Bridge the gap between technology and product expertise, facilitating effective communication and understanding between teams. 
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact delivery, proactively taking steps to ensure success. 
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, helping teams refine their processes and practices for better productivity. 
• Manage stakeholder expectations by providing clear and transparent updates on progress and timelines. 
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Agile Coaches, and other key stakeholders to align goals and priorities. 
• Lead and facilitate cross-team meetings and workshops to drive alignment and make collective decisions. 
• Promote a customer-centric approach, ensuring that products meet the needs and expectations of end-users.

• Proven experience in product management in a fintech/banking environment. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. 
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple products simultaneously and prioritize effectively. 
• Technical proficiency or a deep understanding of API platforms is highly advantageous. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional challenges. 
• Leadership qualities with a servant leadership mindset, promoting team autonomy and empowerment. 
• A customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality products. 
• Proficiency in English and German (B2-C1)
