We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Delivery Operations Manager with a strong emphasis on internal software data management and business operations. At WillowTree, your primary responsibility will be to step into a product owner role for our PSA solution on Salesforce, gain ownership of the data integrity within the system, and use its data to build critical insights that drive business decisions at WillowTree. You will oversee and optimize the delivery processes and work with the broader team to achieve operational objectives - a true birds eye view of the company.

• Develop and implement data-driven forecasting models to optimize delivery operations and resource allocation
• Maintain and enforce the data accuracy within our internal business tools used for managing project staffing and finance operations
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams as a leading expert in business data management
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide accurate and timely operational insights to senior management
• Support delivery teams in communicating allocation requests and decisions
• Analyze historical resourcing data and trends to identify patterns and anticipate project demands
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth

• 2+ years of experience in a data management role and transforming data into strategic business insights
• Expertise with Enterprise Resource Management software or similar (Salesforce)
• You can adapt to shifting priorities and make informed decisions
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategies to merge or align data with other internal departments for more powerful and streamlined reporting (Data Lake)
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle and resourcing demands to improve predictive utilization forecasting modeling.
• Ability to manage spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets
• A high level of empathy and curiosity with cross functional stakeholders across levels of seniority
• Strong interpersonal skills including world-class communication and the ability to tailor communication to various stakeholder audiences 

• Experience working in a resourcing role or with technical projects (understanding of the SDLC, allocating software projects)
• Previous Project Coordination or Management experience
