As an experienced Demand Generation Manager, your primary responsibility on the integrated marketing team is to build and manage marketing campaigns that engage, educate and inspire our customers and prospects to use the Anaplan platform.


You are a pro at inventing and executing integrated campaigns that grow the pipeline of sales qualified opportunities. You bring strategic vision and project management skills to roll out campaigns across multiple channels including webinars, social media, content syndication, email and more. You are adept in partnering with many cross functional stakeholders to maximize the impact of your campaign.
This position includes campaign development down to tactical execution, as well as budget and metrics management for the campaign you manage.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing, sales and customer success teams to develop global demand gen campaign plans including objectives, target audience descriptions, strategies, tactics, metrics, dependencies, timelines and budgets
  • Manage planning, development and execution of campaigns utilizing various marketing channels including virtual events, webinars, digital marketing, content syndication, paid media, email marketing and others
  • Work with internal or external creative teams to develop compelling communications – email, landing pages, website content, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development Reps, Account Executive teams, and Field Marketing to maximize the yield of the campaign. This includes both planning and enablement activities
  • Contribute to our campaign measurement framework, define campaign-level KPIs and ensure optimization in alignment with overall demand generation funnel targets for customer acquisition, expansion and retention. Report results and optimize for future improvements
  • Brief SDRs, sales teams and field marketing on integrated campaign plans and demand creation activities


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in an Integrated Campaigns, Demand Generation or similar position, ideally for B2B technology or SaaS products
  • Experience in developing marketing campaigns with an understanding of all marketing channels and tactics and their specific uses throughout the buyer’s journey continuum
  • Ability to prioritize and drive multiple simultaneous deliverables to execution with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
  • Working familiarity with marketing automation systems like Marketo or similar, and with CRM systems like Salesforce.com
  • Intellectual curiosity coupled with a highly analytical approach in assessing what is working and where to drive improved performance
  • Ability to effectively compose and communicate complex ideas to a wide variety of audiences, especially senior/mid-level professionals
  • Excellent writing / communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
