Senior Demand Generation Marketer

- Own multi-channel Demand Generation program execution engagement initiatives (i.e. nurturing campaigns, retargeting, email, paid social, landing pages & forms)
- Own the end-to-end process to improve marketing performance using data (create data-driven hypotheses, design and execute A/B tests, and apply knowledge of basic statistics to generate actionable results)
- Increase qualified marketing leads and improve conversion rates across the top and middle of the sales funnel
- Create conversion focused content and assets to support demand programs
- Establish regular reporting and insights related to Demand Gen programs and campaigns (in collaboration with Marketing Ops)
- Drive the creative development and iteration pipeline for conversion campaigns based on learnings from A/B tests
- Partner closely with the Product Marketing team to ensure the correct content mix for the whole buyer’s journey
- Partner cross-functionally to improve landing page generation, using multivariate testing and automation of marketing infrastructure
- Act as power user of Pardot (and eventually HubSpot), and Webinar programs
- Develop lead generation strategy, processes and frameworks that will scale with our growing organization
- 3-5 years of professional experience in demand generation marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS company
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or any of the sciences
- Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and account based marketing
- Experience creating and executing nurturing strategies in a marketing automation platform & targeting the enterprise marketÂ
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities & an obsession with ROI metrics
- Knowledge of ABM principles and platforms (DemandBase, 6Sense, Engagio)
- Knowledge of marketing platforms that include but not limited to CMS, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, MarketingCloud, SailThru, Google Analytics)
- Excellent copywriting and copy editing skills.
- Proficiency with SQL and / or HTML
