Job Description

ADP is hiring a Senior Demand Marketing Manager/Campaign Developer. In this position you will support the development of omni-channel marketing programs to support ADP's consumer facing Wisely product offerings to generate acquisition for new cardholder enrollments and drive engagement, adoption and retention to help deepen the customer relationship throughout a cardholder's journey. Development of an end-to-end campaign development process including working with Wisely consumer marketing team and other key stakeholders to convert desired business outcomes into campaigns and programs leveraging best practices in digital marketing, demand generation, creative design, and data driven marketing. Uses specific measures and tactics to determine process efficiencies and optimization in marketing campaign and program implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • B2C experience executing and managing digital marketing campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud and demand generation for consumer acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Partners with marketing team and other stakeholders to develop campaigns and programs which map to specific business outcomes.
  • Development and maintenance of marketing campaigns and programs, including digital marketing, nurturing, SMS text, digital media and push notifications to drive acquisition, activation and ongoing lifecycle retention.
  • Ensure campaigns are setup with appropriate tracking and help report and influence decisions on program performance.
  • Identify and share best practices to enable synergies and economies of scale to be realized across the entire organizational entity.
  • Manage responsibility for all legal and internal stakeholder approval for assigned programs and campaigns.
  • Proactively monitors emerging consumer acquisition and retention market strategies and tactics to identify potential new opportunities for Wisely by ADP.
  • Manages schedules and controls daily activities of projects with cross-functional matrix management of teams across marketing, sales, service, product and operations, including external agencies. This may include very complex campaigns that require a highly strategic approach to development.
  • Escalates requests for incremental funding if deemed necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • Must have over 7 years of proven internal or external to ADP Demand Generation experience including cross functional projects.

  • Financial Services and/or Human Capital Management (HCM) industry experience
  • Thrives in an environment of creativity and idea generation, and excels in driving new efforts from ideation to execution and meaningful measurements
  • Proven track record of maintaining effective Project Team relationships in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Marketing automation experience, preferably SFDC Marketing Cloud
  • Comfortable with ambiguity -- must be a self-starter
  • A high degree of personal initiative, results orientation, and integrity
  • Highly evolved analytical skills to ensure clear analysis and sound data-based decision-making
  • Detail-oriented

The targeted base salary range for this role is listed in the compensation section below. Actual salary may be above or below this range based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. In addition, this position may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

Compensations Range for U.S. Nevada Residents: $90,000 - $110,000
