Job Description

This role will primarily be responsible for the high-level execution of client requirements in provisioning and deployment services with a high focus on asset management and systems access for a multitude of clients. Additional focus will be spent supporting training by being hands-on with developing deployment consultants, so they can learn to work by multiple client’s requirements of systems access and asset management.

Essential Duties

  • Manage asset deployment and redeployment including provisioning of devices through the customer’s internal ticketing system.
  • Coordinate training and execute plans for incoming Deployment Consultants in collaboration with the department leader.
  • Act as a point of contact in absence of the department leader, offering daily operational support to team members and sharing best practices.
  • Participate in client weekly meetings, addressing current efficiencies, opportunities and customer needs.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40lbs on a daily basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform at a high-level proficiency in managing asset deployment and redeployment including provisioning of devices at customer’s request.
  • Validate that each image meets the customers’ requirements and internal quality guidelines as provided by the customer.
  • Report any discrepancies of hardware/assets/shipments and escalate issues to the appropriate channel/department.
  • On-board and off-board hardware and operating systems for client’s new hires and exiting employees.
  • Maintain a detailed report of asset transfers and general Inventory management of client assets including an assets life cycle.
  • Assist in conducting asset inventory cycle counts and investigate the outcomes of those counts, reporting to leaders any discrepancies.
  • Keep a clean and organized work station up to manufacturer and organization standards.
  • Partner with and leverage other departments within the organization to troubleshoot and support client needs within the deployment procedures, including facilitating hardware repairs with the Hardware Repair team as requested by the customer.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure updates in our service offerings align with customer’s expectations and needs.
  • Engage with vendors, customers, and team members with a positive attitude, aligning with the company’s core values
  • Perform other duties as needed and requested by Leadership.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in ITAM (IT Access Management)
  • 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Relations
  • 1+ years experience in Shipping & Receiving
  • 1+ years experience in a Warehouse environment
  • Attention to detail/detail oriented
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Netsuite or applicable SaaS experience is a plus
  • Committed to staying current on technology and procedures
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs on a daily basis
