Senior Design Manager

Responsibilities

• Leads all design projects from conception to delivery. Projects include assets for marketing campaigns across various mediums including: web, email, social media, and display ads, as primary contributor and/or manager of freelance resources

• Designs original pieces, including illustrations and infographics

• Serve as the critical layer of quality assurance for all designed assets, ensuring adherence to brand standards and key quality measures 

• Interpret requests from members of the marketing team and deliver designs that meet business goals

• Generate fresh interpretations of brand style to meet new and evolving needs of the company

• Consistently deliver projects on time, managing numerous projects with differing timelines and levels of urgency

• Play a key role in aligning and promoting brand guidelines across marketing and product

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

What you’ll bring to the flock:

• 8+ years’ relevant experience

• Extensive experience working with b2b brands 

• Exceptional attention to detail in delivering a flawless design product 

• Exceptional visual design, editorial and copywriting skills: you’re a master of craft, including composition, imagery, typography, iconography and color 

• Ability to interpret needs, objectives, and direction from multiple sources to ensure design concepts meet business goals 

• Can produce quality design output in any medium

• Can facilitate execution and coordination of multiple projects with varying degrees of complexity within scope and on time

• Excellent illustration skills are strongly preferred

• Demonstrates design maturity by effectively communicating design choices stakeholders 

• An extensive portfolio of work that features marketing collateral, creative branding and web design 

• Familiarity with Figma is helpful, but is not a requirement

• A background designing for digital products and B2B software is plus

We believe in paying equitably for performance. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, skills, internal equity, market data, and geography. Please note that the salary range that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only. The base salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $130,000, subject to final approval. This position is also eligible for performance-based incentives.
