Senior Design Manager

In this pivotal role, you'll report directly to the Marketing Manager, guiding our creative direction and ensuring that our brand message resonates across digital platforms and traditional media.

You’ll be responsible for setting the design strategy, implementing our Corporate Identity, and collaborating closely with the marketing team and key clients. Your expertise will also involve working with external digital, creative, and media agencies to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):

•  Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
• 3-year Graphic Design Degree / Diploma qualification (Essential)
• 5-8 years’ experience in design (Essential)
• Experience in packaging design (Essential)
• Experience in executing marketing projects from conception to production (Essential)
• Agency experience (Desirable)
• Interactive Media (Essential)
• Photography (Desirable)
• Design for print, digital, OOH (Essential)
• Animation (Desirable)
• Advanced knowledge and proficiency in the Adobe Suite of programs including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Knowledge of marketing communication media processes
• Knowledge of the Mukuru products
• Knowledge of creative and graphic design principles
