We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our Online Customer Acquisition team to help bring fresh ideas and designs to our advertising campaigns. To be considered, please submit a brief cover letter and link to your portfolio.

During a typical day, you will...
- Develop and design online marketing campaigns (banners, social, email, etc.), landing pages, infographics, collateral, and more
- Know your target audience and track marketing trends to identify new ways to increase engagement and conversions
- Drive and own projects from kick-off to completion, collaborating with copywriters, channel managers, and marketing leadership
- Manage a high volume of projects with a high-quality design aesthetic - ensuring all projects are delivered in a timely manner
- Build engaging customer journeys, nurture, and drip messaging campaigns through a variety of touchpoints, including email, SMS/MMS, social, and onsite that pull customers into the funnel and keep them engaged throughout
- Develop upsell strategies to help significantly boost our revenue
- Analyze content performance and create visualizations to present data and proposed optimizations
You have…
- 5+ years of experience in visual design across multiple marketing channels
- 2 – 3 years experience working with Figma
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of design fundamentals, including layout, typography, and color
- Outstanding portfolio reflective of online marketing design capabilities
- A strong conceptual mind set with a digital background
- Ability to balance design with business needs resulting in an improved customer experience
- Ability to do animation a plus
- Passion for direct response marketing utilizing good content, persuasion, and psychology
- A strong instinct to create “irresistible offers” in the digital marketing space...and already have quite a few “wins” under your belt
- A strong sense to measure and develop yourself by direct, quantifiable performance numbers (metrics like leads, sales, etc.) because you know that the sky's the limit in terms of your professional growth
- A desire to be involved in strategizing the most profitable funnels and campaign messages
- Proven track record in managing lead, funnel, nurture strategy, and drip marketing via online, and offline campaigns
- Good knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Active Campaign, etc.) is a plus
- Creative, conceptual, and customer-centric thinking, as well as a good technical basis
