The Opportunity -

As we continue delivering extraordinary hospitality work for some of the world's most iconic brands, we are in need of a talented senior designer to join our team. Our Creative Department is a collaborative one, made up of exceptional thinkers, makers and doers, Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and 3D Environmental Artists. We're excited to offer this role to a candidate that wants to make exceptional work, with exceptional colleagues.

Reporting directly into our Hospitality team lead and Design Director; you'll be given a unique opportunity to learn while having a meaningful impact on the final art production for any given project.

Who You Are -

You're a passionate Designer with a portfolio of work that demonstrates an aptitude for craft and 'doing it yourself'. You sweat the small stuff and have a passion for typography, illustration, branding and all things art and design. You believe in pushing the boundaries of what a brand can be. You're stylistically versatile and can accommodate the aesthetic needs of a multitude of brands and applications - but you also have your own style, point of view and enthusiasm for design at large.

What You'll Do -

Working with a talented team, you'll create visually bespoke, guest-focused hospitality experiences and design for top-tier brands to activate in. You'll create everything from pitch decks to original branding to the designed influence and impact of physical spaces. You will oversee and contribute conceptually and artistically to project briefs from inception through to production.

• Create beautiful work for all visual aspects of a project, ensuring brand standards are adhered to
• Stay on top of contemporary trends and infuse them into your craft
• Continuously push yourself to produce industry leading creative
• Have a working knowledge of digital and physical formats and how to design for each
• Manage time and work across concurrent projects ensuring deadlines aren't missed
• Excellent communication skills, presenting internally and to clients as needed
• Regular attendance, teamwork, initiative, dependability and promptness

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience
• Good conceptual and executional skills
• Great eye for typography and visual storytelling
• Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients
• Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote
• Other software a plus but not a requirement

Benefits

Base salary range: $85,000 - $100,000 plus bonus potential if applicable for role.

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
